- Assist our Office Manager in helping sustain project momentum, delivery dates, and performance targets
- Assist our Office Manager in maintaining existing company processes and systems
- Assist our Office Manager in creating, document, and organize new company procedures
- Assist our Office Manager in ensuring team collaboration and facilitating company communication

You will assist our Office Manager in being the first point of contact for internal and external collaboration in supporting productivity throughout all departments and roles in the business. You will be the person with a big-picture view, understanding what’s happening between all the moving parts and players. You’ll help support the company’s projected growth for the next 5-10 years by assisting our Office Manager in managing internal communication and departmental operations, maintaining schedules, and overseeing administration duties business-wide.
This role is the support system for our Office Manager, who is the backbone of the company. You will need to be enrolled in the vision of the business. You will need to understand and follow the principles we teach our clients. Developing and sharing a passion for what we do, and excitement about our daily operations and team members, is an integral part of performing within this role.
