Overview:
We are looking for someone passionate about providing excellent service to financial clients to join Cambridge as a Financial Advisor.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain superior and courteous service through phone, voice mail, e-mail and in-person interactions to promote products and expand customer relationships

Exceed customer expectations in terms of accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism

Collect and analyze information regarding customer risk tolerance, long- and short-term financial goals, income, assets, investments, and debts to recommend strategies to assist clients in achieving financial goals

Advise the customer regarding the advantages, risks, and disadvantages of products in regarding to their financial objectives, resources, time horizon, risk profile and individual preferences

Identify cross-selling opportunities through proper customer profiling and needs-based selling

Understand and comply with all policies and practices, including but not limited to any laws and regulations governing the duties and responsibilities of product sales

Manage sensitive and confidential matters though planning and protecting security of information, data and files

Maintain working knowledge of key industry topics and complete all mandatory training in a timely manner including continuing education for FINRA licenses
Education & Experience:
Four or more years related experience and/or training.
Certificates & Licenses:
This job requires the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66/65 licenses.
Compensation: $70,000-$175,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
