HireArt is helping a global proptech company find an experienced Maintenance Associate to work for its Seattle, WA-based operations.
In this role, you'll be primarily responsible for completing interior installations/repairs (up to brand standards) as well as keeping operations managers informed of potential repairs, actions being taken, and the status of any major maintenance projects.

The ideal candidate is a stickler for detail, proactive, skilled in general maintenance tasks, and thoughtful as to ensure that the property is continuously in pristine condition for our client's guests.
As a Residential Concierge, you'll:
- Work with the company’s team of Operations Managers to ensure its properties are fully-equipped and move-in ready for guests.
- Be the company's "boots on the ground" to ensure new properties are furnished according to the company standards, resolve maintenance matters/repairs and technology issues (e.g., furniture assembly, WiFi troubleshooting, lockbox placement, painting touch ups, cosmetic repairs, etc.).
- Perform unit check-in/-outs before and after every guest stay to ensure each apartment meets business and guest quality standards.
- Carry out home walkthroughs to ensure all quality assurance criteria are met when it comes to post maintenance/service requests, interiors/furnishing specifications, and overall design and aesthetics.
- Support ad hoc team projects such as key inventory management, inventory organization of local storages, and filming check-in videos.
- Demonstrate operational efficiency in the field by serving as the main point of contact between our Operations Leaders and the Customer Experience team.
- Balance operational workflows with independent on-the-go tasks and critical time-sensitive needs
- Problem solver, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced "get the job done" culture
- Ability to perform simple handyman tasks and household fixes
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to routinely lift more than 30lbs
- Enthusiasm for driving operational excellence and efficiency
- Ability to adapt quickly to daily needs and schedule changes
- Confident proficiency in technology usage (email, Slack, G Suite)
- Access to a reliable vehicle and driver’s license

Commitment: This is a full-time (40 hours per week), ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt and based in Seattle, WA. It is open to candidates local to the Seattle, WA area.
