Overview:
As a Marketing Relations Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships while also overseeing the planning and execution of events. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining strong client connections, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction, alongside organizing and managing events to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Duties:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, content marketing, and print advertising either personally or with outsourced team
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze competitors' strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content
- Manage the company's online presence through website updates, blog posts, and social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Support product management by providing insights on customer preferences and market trends
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales collateral and support lead generation efforts
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and proactively seeking opportunities to add value. Strive to enhance client loyalty and retention rates.
- Gather feedback from clients to gauge satisfaction levels, preferences, and areas for improvement. Utilize insights to drive product/service enhancements and refine the client experience.
- Plan, organize, and execute various events, including conferences, seminars, and networking functions. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and attendee engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, event details, and marketing activities. - Generate regular reports on client satisfaction metrics, event outcomes, and marketing performance to inform decision-making.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in client relations efforts. Share insights and collaborate on initiatives to drive overall company objectives.
Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms, HTML5 coding, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices
- Familiarity with product management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions- Know how to use Adobe suite of products including Adobe Premier
- Video editing and video experience a plus.
