Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files and documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as 10-key typing and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with debits, credits, accounts, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures.
- Understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
