STARK is seeking to hire a Receiving/ Inventory Office Specialist for our Receiving Department for our Calhoun Georgia warehouse. This role will be responsible for maintaining rug orders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against invoices, packing slips or other documentation, accurately recording any discrepancies or shortages.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and order fulfillment teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Actively communicate with relevant departments to align on inventory requirements and coordinate shipment schedules.
- Accurately enter and manage data in the system, including serial numbers and custom rug sample details, and generate order lists and tags for rug operations."
- Support inventory management through periodic cycle counting and assist in allocating inventory as needed.
- Provide dedicated support to showrooms and Stark associates with rug inventory inquiries, responding promptly via phone or email.
- Effectively prepare and dispatch rug sample shipments via UPS, as needed.
- Remain flexible to take on additional responsibilities or adjust duties as necessitated by evolving company needs.
Job Requirements:
- Microsoft Excel and Teams
- Computer/ Keyboarding skills
- ERP system knowledge
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
Physical Demands:
Work is performed while standing, sitting, and/or walking. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. This position may often require bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. The incumbent will regularly be around moving machinery as well as marked changes in temperature and humidity.
Work environment:
This position requires work in a warehouse/loading dock setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, and tape dispensers.
