Job responsibilities
The Plumbing Comfort Advisor conducts in-home and on-site commercial and residential sales consultations focused on all types of plumbing projects. Duties include diagnosing customers plumbing needs, advising customers about safety concerns regarding their home’s plumbing issues and leading customers to informed and confident decisions. The Plumbing Comfort Advisor also supports the technicians and field managers by providing thorough narratives about the projects and provides the warehouse staff with the proper descriptions and quantities of the equipment, parts and supplies needed to complete these projects.
· Perform professional in-home and commercial sales presentations.
· Work closely with field plumbing professionals in order to accurately quote and provide plumbing solutions.
· Use specialty quoting equipment.
· Assisting with financing approvals and having budget conversations with homeowners.
· Build value for services and educate customers on options.
- Provide detailed descriptions of each project.
- Provide accurate details and quantities of all parts, equipment and supplies needed for the projects.
· Consistent follow-up and relationship management with all existing and potential customers
· Generate referrals from completed jobs with satisfied customers.
Qualifications:
Education: Associates Degree (Preferred).
Customer Service: 3 or more years (Preferred).
Plumbing Sales Experience: 1 or more years (Required).
Valid Driver’s License (Required).
Dependable, flexible, personable, professional, and energetic.
Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
Must be able to Text, E-Mail, use a tablet/ smartphone.
Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours (not always necessary, but sometimes required)
