Responsibilities:
-
Maintain high level of curb appeal by policing property, removing trash and debris; checking for abandoned vehicles, property damage etc. and report suspected lease violations to Property Manager

Conduct maintenance and upkeep of building exteriors, common areas and grounds through Service Requests or direction by Management
-
Perform seasonal grounds duties as needed
-
Contribute in the organization and inventory control of the Maintenance Shop and other storage areas; with emphasis on safety concerns and unit keys
-
Participate in the care, maintenance, and inventory of all company owned equipment
-
Application of all safety standards and practices associated with maintenance operations
-
Effectively communicate with residents, vendors and other employees in a professional and courteous manner
-
Wear appropriate safety equipment as tasks dictate
-
Assist other team members and complete other projects and duties as assigned

Takes direction from the Director of Property Maintenance, Regional Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager and Regional Property Manager

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
