Maintenance Technician
The maintenance Technician is responsible for safely maintaining the physical condition and daily appearance of the community.
Main duties include preparing vacant apartments for occupancy, complete service repairs requested by residents, maintaining community grounds, common areas and parking lots.
Qualifications:
- At least one year experience working in Residential Property Management is required.
- The technician will diagnose problems complete jobs within specified deadlines and make repairs in the following areas:
Electrical Systems (minor)
HVAC
Plumbing
Appliances
Flooring
Carpentry
Landscape Maintenance
Criminal background check required.
- Maintenance Technicians must have own tools and truck and are also expected to be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand tools and small power tools and comply with all OSHA and company safety policies at all times. Travel required.
- Obtain maintenance supplies within a budget.
- Report to main office status of work projects.
- Attend staff meetings
- Provide occasional back up for some early evening, weekends on-call emergency maintenance.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Employee will frequently be required to stand, walk around 2500 feet without difficulty over varied grounds and terrain. Employee is able to see and hear without difficulty.
- Employee is able to bend, stoop and able to work 30 minutes or longer in crouched position.
- Must be a self starter and be able to work independently.
- May require Travel.
Job Location: Sacramento, Roseville ,Citrus Height Area.
Compensation: Salary DOE

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
