POSITION PURPOSE/MISSION:
Collaborate with business unit and functional stakeholders to manage multiple medium to small-size projects in support of Charter’s strategic technical efforts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree.

Three plus years directly managing medium to small business and technology-based projects (system implementations, strategic business initiatives, etc.).

Experience successfully delivering medium to small projects with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.

Experience successfully delivering medium to small projects across multiple business processes and stakeholders (Commercial, Supply
-
Chain, Operations, Finance, etc.).
-
Experience successfully delivery medium to small projects across a spectrum of technologies (ERP, Web, Middleware, Upgrades, and
-
Infrastructure).
-
Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Clarity, MS Project, Jira, etc.).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization (leadership, project teams,
-
end users, etc.).

Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to adapt leadership style based on stakeholder group (situational leadership).

Excellent organizational awareness, with the ability to identify and collaborate with key influencers specific to each project to

drive success.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related degree.

Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience working across a variety of organizations (variety from both an industry and size perspective).

Experience leading or participating in digital transformation.

Experience working in a matrix organization being accountable to multiple stakeholders, such as various centers of

excellence (COE), business relationship managers, and portfolio managers.

Scrum master experience.
-
PMP certification.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-
Deliver projects tied to annual improvement priorities and strategic goals.
-
Assist digital leadership in developing project objectives, defining project scope, and determining success criteria.
-
Develop project, communication, risk mitigation, and change management plans.
-
Control and monitor project scope, time, cost, and quality, including managing the budget and interfacing with applicable
-
vendors.
-
Create and present high-level project status updates to project sponsors, management, and steering committees.
-
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
-
Research, identify, and negotiate for all project resources (internal and external).
-
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Conduct project postmortems, communicating lessons learned and providing feedback to support the continued growth of Charter’s IT project delivery.

Educate stakeholders on the processes and procedures of Charter’s project methodologies.

Follow Environmental, Quality and Safety Management System procedures and requirements.
