Kare Health & Wellness is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our IV Therapy team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering patient-centered care, transforming patient's lives and providing hope and help.
Basic responsibilities will include administering IV therapies, conducting patient assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients
- Administer IV medications, fluids, and treatments according to provider orders
- Monitor patient response to infusions, including potential adverse reactions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
- Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and post-care requirements.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper operation of all infusion equipment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans.
- Manage the inventory of medical supplies and medication needed for treatments
Education
-Associates Degree in Nursing from an approved (Accredited by NLN or CCNE) college or University_\_
- BSN from an approved (Accredited by NLN or CCNE) college or university
- Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI)
Desired Experience / Qualities
- IV Practical Experience Required
- Routinely provide or assist with a wide range of therapies for patients
- Proven experience as an Infusion Nurse or in a similar role.
- Excellent skills in IV insertion and infusion management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Skills
- Routinely perform IV Sticks / phlebotomy
- Prepare patient rooms for visits, take medical history and record vital signs
- Complete accurate and timely charting/documentation in electronic medical record system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
- Proficient Computer skills
