POSITION SUMMARY:
Level Touch has an opening for a Executive Management Analyst (EMA) to join our team. This is a 100% ON-SITE POSITION at DHA Headquarters in Falls Church , VA.
Executive Management Analyst (EMA) will support the DHA Business Operations team with executive management assistance support. EMA will perform duties to support and report to the respective Sectional Chief, Director, Chief of Staff, and Functional Champions (i.e., Clinical and Medical Device Chief, Business Operations Chief, Enterprise Coordination Chief, and P2R Chief), to include administrative and clerical support, project management, and complex analytical assignments involving the interrelationship of major administrative programs and/program operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The EMA will be primarily involved in responding to, coordinating, collaborating on, and analyzing administrative activities. Our EMAs will support the following specific activities:
- Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, including facilitation of the creation and distribution of agendas, read-ahead packets, and other materials.
- Ensure conference room reservation and setup, coordinate / support audio-visual equipment for the meeting, take / format/distribute meeting minutes, and track the status of any open issues/actions stemming from the meeting.
- Coordinate and track correspondence through the DHA/Health Affairs (HA) Correspondence Control System.
- Print and prepare briefings and presentation materials for the respective Sectional Chief, Director, Chief of Staff, and Functional Champions.
- Perform duties in accordance with regulations, policies, and administrative instructions.
- Answer incoming telephone calls to the office, route the calls as appropriate, or take messages on behalf of personnel.
- Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and/or presentation materials for personnel.
- Generate copies and distribute documents as required.
- Manage, coordinate, facilitate, oversee, track, and assist in guiding the progress of multiple special projects and activities with varying timelines and due dates.
- Advise on the potential benefits/uses of automation to improve the efficiency of administrative support or program operations.
- Assist with administrative program policies, regulations, goals, or objectives, and identify data required for use in the management and direction of programs.
- Recommend changes or improvements in work methods and procedures, administrative audits, and investigative reports to determine appropriate changes or corrective action required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- US Citizenship Required.
- Administrative Experience
- Expert in MS Office Applications ( MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel)
- Candidate will need to obtain a DoD Public Trust Clearance.
- Report to DHA Headquarters in Falls Church, VA - 5 days a week. 100% ON-SITE position.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
