The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and tax strategy, tax preparation, tax review, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. As a Virtual Real Estate CPA, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients optimize their tax positions, stay compliant with tax regulations, and grow their businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns such as : S-Corp, Partnership, Composite, Pass-Thru Entity, and miscellaneous tax returns.
- Provide innovative tax planning strategies to new and existing clients
- Build new and existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business
- Conduct tax planning, research, and problem-solving regarding complex tax reporting and compliance matters
- improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
- stay abreast of tax law changes
- Complete other assignments and projects to meet business needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field is required. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation OR Enrolled Agent (EA) certification as alternative.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in public accounting or senior role
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
