Willowbrook of Marshall, a provider of dementia support care services is currently looking for a skilled LPN or RN to become a part of our Willowbrook compassionate care team. The licensed nurse will interact directly with patients, providing assistance with both ADL’s and cognitive needs. You will be part of a tag team with a fellow certified nursing assistant or resident assistant in providing for 12-14 residents. We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate and energetic individual who has a strong desire to work within the moments of our residents with dementia. A licensed nurse is a vital part of our care team.
- Help patients with personal hygiene. Provide patients help with baths, shampoos and showers.
- Assist with other ADL’s such as dressings, toileting and ambulation if needed
- Provide assistance during meals and interact with residents during meal times.
- Provide medication administration and document therapeutic effects
- Nursing assessments of residents care needs
- Excellent communication skills with physicians, physician office personnel and other medical care providers
- Good critical thinking skills
- Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements.
