Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts with a strong focus on strategy, cross-functional collaboration, sales integration, and forecasting. You will develop and implement strategies to drive success, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration of our digital marketing tools with sales processes. Additionally, you will manage advanced marketing channels such as Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and emerging programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Lead cross-functional meetings and collaborate with international teams and third-party providers.

Develop ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts.

Manage email marketing campaigns and social media content.

Oversee PPC ad campaigns and webinar scheduling.

Generate comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Oversee data management and integration using tools like Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, and Global Data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, email marketing, social media, webinar management, and marketing operations.

Proven track record of successful digital marketing strategies.

Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (or similar) marketing automation.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $138K - $152K. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
