**Duties:**
- Manage and lead the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently provided
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals and control expenses
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
**Skills:**
- Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of food industry trends and best practices
- Experience with banquet operations is a plus
- Multi-taskers are a good fit for this role
- Excellent interviewing skills for hiring new staff members
