Hours: 40 hours, including Thursday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.
Salary: Starting at $20 per hour for training (30-45 days) with overtime pay at time and a half for hours worked over 40 hours per week. Will then increase accordingly (Up to $60K yearly initially). Quick opportunities for even additional compensation based on performance!

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must work well with others. Responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient front-of-the-house service while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction in all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and training to staff members and new employees to foster a positive and productive work environment. Encourage teamwork and collaboration among team members and with kitchen staff.
- Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of counter workers, servers, bussers, and (new) drivers. Schedule drivers and coordinate staffing needs to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, including bathrooms, dining areas, and outside spaces, keeping all areas clean, neat and well maintained.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting and cost control measures to maximize profitability. Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols. Implement procedures to minimize risks and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
