SERVICE MANAGER
Service Managers are the captains of their shift. We are looking for leaders with service and culinary experience to oversee a seamless service. They ensure that each shift operates smoothly and are expected to take complete ownership of everything that occurs at the restaurant including seamless service, excellent food, clean premises and positive employees.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating memorable experiences for our guests, delivering WOW and always making it right
- Being the leader of the team, both through execution and nature
- Executing on the service line and supporting stations where needed
- Managing flow and execution of production
- Maintaining an immaculately clean and organized restaurant at all times
- An awareness of the pace of service and excellent communication/teamwork skills.
Requirements:
- Experience coaching, giving feedback and developing a team
- At least one year of experience managing shifts and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Work with an extremely high sense of urgency, productivity and focus
- DOH food handler's certificate is required.
- Ability to regularly work on your feet for an extended period of time.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a continual basis.
- Must have open availability.
