Senior Commercial HVAC Systems Designer
Location: Norwalk, CT (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Benefits & Benefit Opportunities
Schedule: Monday - Friday

About the Role: As the Senior HVAC Design Engineer / Department Head, you will:
- Lead and manage the design of HVAC systems for various commercial buildings, including schools, churches, museums, restaurants, retail spaces, and more
- Oversee project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of talented engineers
- Interface with clients, maintaining and building strong relationships
- Ensure compliance with state and International Mechanical and Energy Conservation codes
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HVAC system design and project management for commercial buildings
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a client-focused approach
- Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of engineers
- Established client base is a plus
- BS in Engineering, with a path to obtain a PE license within 2 to 4 years
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting standards; familiarity with REVIT is a plus
