Job Description: Community Outreach Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Community Outreach Coordinator to join our primary care practice. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement strategies to engage with the local community, increase awareness of our practice's services, and ultimately drive patient volume. The Community Outreach Coordinator will collaborate closely with healthcare providers, marketing teams, and community organizations to foster relationships and promote health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and local businesses to promote our primary care services and initiatives.
- Event Planning: Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and seminars to educate the public about our services and foster connections with potential patients.
- Marketing Collateral: Develop and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters to increase visibility and attract new patients.
- Digital Outreach: Utilize social media platforms, email newsletters, and online forums to engage with community members and promote our practice.
- Patient Education: Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop educational materials and workshops aimed at empowering patients to take control of their health and well-being.
- Referral Programs: Implement strategies to encourage existing patients to refer friends and family members to our practice.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze outreach efforts to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Degree not required!
- Experience not required, we're willing to train a candidate without experience!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
Pay Structure:
This position offers a competitive base salary along with a commission structure based on the increase in patient volume resulting from outreach efforts. The commission will be calculated as a percentage of the net revenue generated from new patients acquired through the coordinator's initiatives. Performance metrics will be established to measure the effectiveness of outreach activities and determine commission payouts.
Note: The commission structure is designed to incentivize proactive outreach efforts and reward success in driving patient engagement and practice growth.
