Eagle Physicians may pay all support staff employees hired as a .50 FTE or higher on-or-after April 1, 2024, structured bonuses over their first two years of employment with Eagle as outlined provided. Bonus Amounts are $750.00 at 6 months, $750.00 at 12 months, $1,000.00 at 18 months and $1,000.00 at 24 months.
Paid Maternity/Paternity leave– Eagle provides up to 2 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave after 1 year employed and 1,250 hours worked for the birth or adoption of a child. Time is pro-rated based on FTE status.

Key Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the RN, provides direct patient care pre, intra and post procedure as directed.
- Maintains endoscopic scopes and accessories in working order, trouble shooting and recognizing malfunctions.
- Maintains a clean and safe patient care environment following infection control procedures according to cleaner policy during cleaning and disinfecting of equipment.
- Maintains appropriate par level of supplies in procedure room, restocking as necessary. Assist with ordering.
- Participates in quality improvement activities, assist in maintaining compliance with AAAHC accreditation.
- Performs duties in a cost effective manner, which supports quality of care and service.
- Supports and upholds established Eagle policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection control guidelines.
- Ability to care for patients from adult to geriatric. Be aware of age specific development, physiologic and unique care needs of individuals served.
- Displays an understanding of each patient’s cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturity in the care undertaken. Modifies appropriately as necessary.
- Demonstrates awareness of patient fears and apprehensions.
- Cross-trained to cover the front office administrative tasks as needed; answering phones, greeting patients, completing paperwork, etc.
- Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations.
- Shows respect, courtesy and advocacy in all dealings with all people, including, but not limited to patients, coworkers, and visitors.
- Displays a positive attitude, and team-oriented spirit, indicated by a willingness to assist where and whenever needed.

- Follows HIPAA guidelines for patient confidentiality and maintains security of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Minimum Qualifications: Endoscopy Experience preferred. Excellent attention to detail, good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to multi-task. Must properly control the release of proprietary and confidential information. Surgical environment experience is required.
