*Primary Responsibilities Include:*
* Perform new patient evaluations and examinations
* Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions, referrals, patient conditions, and records
* Plan, prepare, and administer treatment programs based on evaluation of patient data
* Evaluate and record the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust to achieve maximum benefit
* Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuum of care
* Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries
* Communicate with referring physicians
*Successful Candidates Must Have:*
* Current license to practice physical therapy in Texas
* Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Passion for learning and working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient patients
* *One year of experience in an outpatient clinic setting is preferred but not required*
* 3-5 years of experience in the field is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
