Job Title: Integrator and Care Coordinator
Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Primary Functions and Responsibilities: The Integrator and Care Coordinator has primary responsibility for the administrative functions of 3d Psychotherapy, LLC, and works with the CEO, and other staff members to carry out those functions.
Position Overview:
The Integrator and Care Coordinator will be responsible for the promotion and growth of our group psychotherapy practice. This includes both the acquisition of new clients and the retention of existing ones. They will combine their knowledge of marketing strategies with a clear understanding of our services, ensuring that our message resonates with those in need of therapeutic assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Retention:
Identify and target potential clients through various marketing strategies, ensuring our services meet their needs.
Follow up with inquiries, converting them into regular attendees of our sessions.
Retain existing clients by ensuring they are satisfied with our services and addressing any concerns promptly.
Brand Building and Awareness:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that highlight the benefits and uniqueness of our group psychotherapy practice.
Maintain and enhance our practice’s online presence, including the website, social media channels, and online reviews.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with our therapeutic team to create engaging content that educates and attracts potential clients.
Develop and distribute newsletters, blog posts, and other informative materials related to group psychotherapy and mental health.
Networking and Partnership Building:
Build and maintain relationships with other mental health professionals, physicians, clinics, and organizations to increase referrals and partnerships.
Represent the practice at industry events, workshops, and conferences to enhance our presence and credibility in the psychotherapy community.
Feedback and Improvement:
Regularly gather feedback from clients to understand their needs and expectations better.
Collaborate with the management team to continually refine and improve our marketing strategies based on feedback and analysis.
Reporting and Analysis:
Regularly track and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, utilizing this data to optimize future initiatives.
Provide monthly reports to management regarding client acquisition, retention rates, and campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the healthcare or mental health sectors.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to empathize with and understand the needs of potential and current clients.
Strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset.
