Title:
Manager, Construction Management Services
Primary Function:
Oversees all construction activities for all StructureTec Platinum Program (Construction Management projects) related to Roofing, Restoration & Paving services. Serves as primary customer contact.

Responsibilities:
· Represent the Firm in a professional manner.
· Demonstrate project coordination and authority across all functions beginning with initial design through construction document preparation, bidding and negotiations, construction, and closeout for multiple projects.
· Coordinate the activities of StructureTec Engineers & Contractors to ensure that projects are delivered as designed and meets the client’s needs.
· Develop and track project budgets taking appropriate action when necessary to ensure adherence to budgetary and cost expectations as well as to ensure projects meet schedule milestones.
· Attend all kick-off meetings as required for the project.
· Oversee performance of all trade contractors/engineers/architects/manufacturers.
· Review contract documents including all shop drawings and submittals meet project specifications and regulations are being followed.
· Resolve contract disputes and facilitate necessary change orders.
· Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and ensuring contractors have obtained all necessary permits and licenses.
· Interface and communicate with senior management on progress of projects. Partner with them to resolve strategic issues that arise.
· Approve and manage all site work estimates and sub-contract change orders.
· Ensure that all sub-contractors are adhering to all labor and safety compliance rules and regulations.
· Maintain accurate project records and meeting notes to include weekly project status reports.
· Ensure compliance with StructureTec, Owner specific & OSHA safety regulations.
· Manage on-site field quality assurance & quality control program.
· All other duties as apparent or assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial construction industry and familiarity with a proven achievement in executing site best practices & procedures.
· Four-year college degree in Construction Management or similar discipline.
· Experience in supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.
· LEAN Construction experience and achievement.
· Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency and results.
· Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
· Must be willing to travel to job sites to support the management of construction crews.
· Ability to hold contractors accountable during all phases of the project.
· Responsible and quality driven.
· Expected Travel: as required by the job.
· Maintain a professional appearance adhering to company standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
