Linde Gas & Equipment, Inc. is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to local management and staff personnel. The Administrative Assistant will be tasked with providing customer support, reconciliation, and resolution in a timely and accurate fashion.

What you will be doing:
· Provide a high standard of customer service when interacting with customers and staff
· Effectively screen, process, or transfer incoming calls to the appropriate party
· Accounts Receivable support including customer account analysis, clean up, logging information, and reporting out results
· Processing weekly and monthly cylinder work billings as outlined in work instructions, including necessary follow-up, conducting analysis and research to address any issues that arise, database maintenance, troubleshooting and interaction with location contacts
· Continuously finds ways to improve work processes to increase efficiency in quality, customer service and profitability
· Coordinates meeting room availability, lunches as necessary, and ensures that front office and meeting rooms are clean, neat and organized
· Order and maintain building supplies, maintain location postage and office shipping methods, execute approved purchases, verify charges, and reconcile accounts as needed
· Assembles and analyzes information, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memoranda
· Updates shared reference information
· Answers mail and inquiries; follows up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried out
· Responsible for compliance with Linde security guidelines while monitoring the building's safety and security
· Coordinating with location staff orientation for visitors, temps, service contractors and vendors
· Assist and coordinate employee activities
· Transcribe notes, letters, memos, and reports as well as creating KPI reports, graphs, charts, and presentations
· Manages accurate employee time data collection and reporting as location payroll administrator
· Uses numerous business software systems with accuracy and a strong ability to multi-task
· Electronically corrects ticket processing errors to be uploaded into JD Edwards system
· Other duties as assigned
What makes you great:
· High School Degree or GED is required, associate degree a plus
· Performs all functions with a safety mindset
· Minimum 2+ years Administrative Support is required
· Understanding of customer accounts and accounts receivable
· Excellent phone etiquette, strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent computer skills required, including MS Office and spreadsheet skills
· Ability to lift or maneuver supply boxes up to 50 lbs. using handcart, able to use ladder safely
· Must be able to work additional hours outside routine schedule as needed
