G2S Corporation is seeking a skilled Financial Budget Analyst to join our team. The Financial Budget Analyst shall provide Financial/Budget Analyst support to the P1CE team, working both independently and in concert with other team members as defined by the Government.
Job Tasks-This section describes the performance requirements for services related to the Financial/ Budget Analyst position. The list is not meant to be comprehensive but rather to indicate the anticipated potential tasking and required skillsets needed for successful performance.
- Contractor shall review and post Daily Manufacturing Accounting entries (e.g. track customer funded quotes, funding versus product/services sold).
- Contractor shall advise responsible parties as to which contracts customer funding should be applied to.
- Contractor shall review cost and variance trends, researching significant variations and recommend appropriate responses.
- Contractor shall prepare daily operating performance analysis; including inventory movements, sales, and cost of goods sold in order to identify issues in a timely fashion.
- Contractor shall assist responsible parties in creation of work breakdown structures (WBS) for new P1 products and services.
- Contractor shall create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assist with the development of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), including cost break down structures based on the WBS.
- Contractor shall assist responsible parties in the alignment of cost breakdown items to various value streams.
- Contractor shall review existing BOMs and routers submitted for cost freeze for accuracy.
- Contractor shall perform monthly inventory valuation and reconciliation of cost ledgers.
- Contractor shall review and prioritize cost review requests for Government approval Contractor shall evaluate operating impact analysis of updated costs.
- Contractor shall assist responsible parties in processing P1-funded capital expenditures (CAPEX) requests (i.e. new technology, products or services, tracking spending and capitalize assets as required).
- Contractor shall perform data analysis using Open Database Connectivity (OBDC) reporting tools as required to perform job duties or as requested by management staff.
- Approximately 60% of work will be completed remotely with the remaining 40% onsite in San Antonio, TX. Travel outside of the local commuting area will not be required or authorized.
