A distinguished law firm has an immediate need for a full-time Administrative Clerk in their Rochester, NY office. The Administrative Clerk is responsible for assisting the firm`s Banking department in document production.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Typing and proofreading documents related to the maintenance and closing of files such as forms, correspondence, etc.
- Communicating with various agencies to request information/documentation
- Assisting with closings and preparing closing sets and checklists
- General office tasks including answering phones, scanning, mailings, filing, and paying invoices

Job Requirements
- Strong administrative experience including proficiency with MS Word, Outlook and Adobe
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
