Seacrest SW is now accepting applications for a Portfolio Manager position to service our customers. We are looking for experienced top-level CAMs to add to our growing team.
- The Community Association Manager (CAM) must be licensed by the State of Florida and shall maintain his/her license in active status at all times;
- The CAM is responsible for the management for one (1) or more community associations as determined by Seacrest Southwest.
- The CAM shall perform his/her duties in the highest ethical manner, putting the community association’s best interest ahead of anything else.
- The CAM’s duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- On-site property inspections of not less than one (1) time per week for each association. Inspection to include landscaping, pool, buildings, etc...;
- Supervision, coordination, and scheduling of all maintenance operations and maintenance employees
- Review and approve bills and checks for accounts payable
- Review and approve monthly financial reports prior to distribution to Board of Directors
- Prepare a draft of the annual budget for each association no later than 90 days before the beginning of the fiscal year
- Meeting and communicating with the Board of Directors as needed
- Specifications, solicitation of bids, and contracting as required by the Board of Directors of each association
- Scheduling, coordination and completion of maintenance and replacement programs as called for in the annual budget and as directed by the Board of Directors of each association;
- Association correspondence and document promulgation; review of all contracts and insurance policies;
- Preparation and posting of meeting notices and agendas;
- Recording and preparation of minutes;
- Enforcement of Association covenants, rules and regulations.

Salary: $70,000 based on experience.
