Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience
- Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (such as Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.)
Expectations:
- Implement data collections systems that work for you and your families
- Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach (training available if needed)
- Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets
- Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians
- Work collaboratively and effectively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors
- Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary
