Position: Client Success Manager, Risk Adjustment & Quality

As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for client growth and expansion, client performance, and overall client relationship management. In collaboration with the Curation Health team, you will work to understand client needs and plan the best value-added approach to meet their needs. In this role, you will manage multiple clients simultaneously at varied points in their value-based care journey. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Strategy & Operations.

What you will do:
Client Relationship:
Serve as a trusted advisor for new and existing Curation Health clients
Build and nurture client relationships by maintaining a high level of accountability and credibility
Actively listen to client feedback and take ownership of issue resolution, escalating concerns as appropriate.
Client Performance and Growth:
Lead deployment of Curation Health tools and workflows
Resolve client challenges with clear communication and facilitation of cross-functional collaboration
Provide reliable and timely updates to clients regarding their KPIs, successes and opportunities for improvement
Subject Matter Expertise:
Demonstrate subject matter expertise in Risk Adjustment and Quality Programs, particularly to guide the client with business and operational strategies
Identify opportunities to add value and expand client partnerships[MOU1] through Curation’s product offerings
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for client engagement to support commercial conversations.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to Curation Health’s ability to maintain excellence and continuously improve
Assist in prioritization of new functionality by understanding client requests for platform enhancement including the scope, purpose, and urgency of requests
Actively inform the leadership team of potential risks impacting clients and assist with mitigation of risks
Problem Solving:
Seek and present solutions to recurring challenges that impact Curation Health’s ability to provide efficient and effective services
Coordinate with other Curation Health team members for united and seamless client interactions, such as setting expectations and managing deadlines for technical changes.
Seek opportunities to learn and understand Curation products and the context in which the clients operate, including regulatory requirements and critical metrics.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, encourage the use of best practice documentation, and share lessons learned across clients, as appropriate

What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Advanced Degrees are preferred
At least 5 years of experience in consulting, healthcare delivery, project management, or government
Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of Risk Adjustment models and data validation requirements
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and high performance in previous positions
Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively across departments to resolve challenges
Healthcare experience required, preferably with a provider or payer organization
Epic systems experience or other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) preferred
Ability to work autonomously but seek assistance proactively
Strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills with the demonstrated ability to identify research and make recommendations and/or decisions
Experience with Quality programs and/or HEDIS requirements preferred

A Few Benefits We Offer
This position has a minimum annual salary of $110,000. This salary is a good-faith estimate for this position. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
