Pound Pain is a tech start-up and America’s only one-stop digital connector of Personal Injury Clients, Patients, Doctors, and Lawyers. The company is expanding into all 50 states by end of 2024. We are still in our growth phase and the person we are looking for is someone who can dedicate time and energy to helping us build the client care process from scratch.

A Pound Pain Client Care Manager is responsible for engaging with customers, receiving inbound calls from people who have recently suffered a personal injury. You will be the one guiding them through their care and case, also communicating with their doctor and lawyer. We are here to be their guide and friend throught the process. Empathy and professionalism are extremely important.
This role has much potential for growth to get to eventually build your own team. We are a start up and will pay a small base salary until funded then the salary will increase.
A start up is not always pretty, and takes a lot of work, and availability. This person should be very dedicated and ready to build with us.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering questions about a company’s products or services via email, phone, and social media
Delivering information about a company’s offerings
Providing proactive customer outreach
Responding to customer reviews
Handling customer complaints
Assist in developing the overall culture of our Service
Assist in developing materials/ standard operating procedures pertaining to customer care

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
