Nursing Management Team Member
Brookside Inn, a privately owned sub-acute rehab and long-term care, is seeking a pair of highly skilled nurse managers. We are instituting a holistic approach to nursing leadership and want to find leaders who share our vision of leading with compassion and authenticity. Too often nurses in leadership become burned out and struggle to maintain their work-life balance. Brookside Inn is committed to changing this status quo and need leaders who are seeking a fresh start and approach to nursing leadership. As a part of your orientation the Director of Nursing and Nurse Consultant will work closely with you to establish your strengths and skill sets, and then put you in charge of the systems and processes you are most adept and would most enjoy to manage. We believe that our Holistic Nursing Hierarchy allows the individual to enjoy their day to day work, but also to place their focus on people instead of tasks. Come find out what Holistic Leadership is all about and join a team that cares about the person first!!!
