We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team at our early intervention agency. This position will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing early intervention services for children from birth to three years old who have developmental delays or disabilities.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and monitor the delivery of early intervention services.
Assist families in accessing and navigating services.
Provide information, support, and resources to families to empower them to make informed decisions.
Maintain regular communication with families to support their needs and progress.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies regarding early intervention services.
Work alongside service providers as well as other agencies to help coordinate services for a family.
Advocate for the needs and rights of children and families within the early intervention system.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field.
Preferred but not required:
Prior experience in case management, service coordination, or experience in early intervention.
This position can involve traveling to local city offices.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
