As a Printer Triage Agent, you will deliver quality customer service and technical support, assuring our clients’ print environments experience minimal downtime. Your role includes troubleshooting over the phone, coordinating with on-site technicians, and managing "out of area" service calls to meet or exceed performance targets. The pay range for this position is $24.00-$26.50.
Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize and manage service requests for out-of-area and enterprise accounts.

Provide technical assistance to field technicians and customers via phone and software platforms.

Ensure prompt handling of Help Desk calls and work orders within specified timelines.

Coordinate out-of-area service calls efficiently to meet customer SLAs.

Achieve or surpass individual KPIs including phone resolution rates and part request processing.
Qualifications:

2+ years of industry experience preferred.

Experience with Ricoh copiers/printers desirable.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Intermediate computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
