We are an established office looking for an experienced Dentist (3 years or more) to work FT at our office here in Clear Lake.

Our Office overlooks Nassau Bay, has a great patient population and very hard working team members. We compensate well-33%-35% of adjusted production.

Dentist | Position Description
Examining and diagnosing patients, identifying chief concerns and addressing those immediately so that the dentist has the opportunity to develop a long-term relationship
Evaluating radiographs
Developing patient treatment plans
Performing clinical professional services, including administering anesthesia
Repairing or replacing fractured and/or diseased teeth
Extracting teeth
Prescribing medications for patients in accord with recognized guidelines
Authorizing the manufacture of dental prosthetics by our dental laboratories
In addition, other duties include:
Conduct huddle with entire staff to review MTD financial performance and patient charts to create efficiencies and ensure the day runs smoothly
Confirming that patients are knowledgeable about the importance of proper oral health care and the connection between oral health and systemic health
Confirming that patient records accurately reflect the procedures performed and correct billing procedures have been followed
Supervising and managing staff when appropriate
Ensure the next patient visit is booked before the patient leaves the office
Post-operative follow up
Pay: From $250,000.00 per year

Pay: $243,091.00 - $268,252.00 per year
