Works with managers to identify and analyze requirements for information systems, develop and modify project plans, solicit input from project team, and participate in phase, milestone, and final project reviews.
Creates documentation that includes process workflows, procedures, diagramming, project reports, metrics, policies, and more.
Partners with colleagues in different work units to assess how projects will affect workloads and identify dependencies and possible issues across teams.
Will have to manage requests relating to the company's ERP software.
Recommends appropriate products and services to managers to define and track project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Recommends purchase or contracting for IT services, equipment, products, supplies, property, or other items.
Will deal with change management, for monitoring and planning infrastructural change activities, in agreement with suppliers and application areas.
Implement and enforce security best practices and policies to protect company data and assets.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, security protocols and infrastructure technologies.
Must have a deep knowledge of IT logic, from processes to regulations.
Support internal or external audit activities.
Will be responsible for managing the hardware and software infrastructure, with reference to the corporate network infrastructure (wired and wi-fi), internal services in the data center and in the cloud.
Fosters strong vendor relationships with external and internal service providers and team members.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Participates in analyzing and resolving problems associated with technical issues, project resource issues, and project integration issues.
