Job Summary: The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing, leading, implementing and maintaining comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance Premier Credit Union's brand, increase membership, and promote our financial products and services to members and the community. This position will also oversee all marketing activities for Premier Lending Alliance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
· Lead , manage, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
· Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
· Develop and monitor annual marketing budget and strategic marketing plan to strengthen brand equity, deepen relationships, meet scorecard goals, and drive member loyalty.
· Envision creative marketing and public relations concepts.
· Analyze market trends, member insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and member service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
· Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
· Create and/or review letters, direct mail, press releases, collateral materials, forms, etc.
· Examine market trends and demographic data concerning members and potential members, products and services, and potential products and services. Be aware of changing trends in the marketplace.
· Drive brand consistency and ensure all marketing materials align with Premier Credit Union's brand guidelines and values.
· Develop, apply, and evaluate policies and procedures for the department.
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and marketing analytics.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems and drive results.
· Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
