About (FBR) Family Behavioral Resources: We work in local schools, homes, and communities servicing children with diagnosed behavioral and mental health disorders. We also provide Outpatient Mental Health Therapy and Intensive Behavioral Health Services in numerous locations throughout the state of PA. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of individuals and families through the delivery of compassionate mental and behavioral health care services and community support.ABOUT YOUR ROLE: This position is responsible for providing one-on-one or small group interventions to consumers in the home, school, or community setting when, without treatment, behaviors may require a more restrictive setting.
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience working with children/adolescents in a school setting
- Experience with behavior management of children and adolescents
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid PA Drivers License and Car Insurance
- Ability to Obtain Act 33, Act 34, and FBI Clearances
- Language, mathematical, and reasoning ability skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to travel and work at multiple locations
