Your Role: As the Health Care Activities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a diverse range of activities that cater to the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. You will work closely with our team to create a dynamic and stimulating environment where every resident can thrive.
Pay Range: $61k-$75k
Schedule: Monday – Friday with one Saturday a month, 8A-5P
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute a variety of activities and programs tailored to the interests and abilities of our residents.

Foster a sense of community and encourage resident participation in activities.

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the holistic well-being of residents.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and adjust as necessary.

Maintain detailed records of resident participation and feedback.
What We Require:

A minimum of one year of experience in activity planning or a related field.

A four-year degree in Therapy, Gerontology, Social Work, or a related discipline.

Proven experience working in a skilled nursing environment.

Knowledgeable in state regulations regarding activities within a health care community.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred candidates with Activities Director certification.
