Job Description: As a member of our parking attendant team, you will be responsible for ensuring proper procedures are followed and delivering excellent customer service to the guests.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the appropriate charge is collected from all customers
- Ensure all tickets have the correct information on them and the amount paid by the customer
- Ensure all tickets are properly separated -- all categories; for auditing purposes
- While working with cash accuracy at all times. Be equally careful in charging the customers. Errors, particularly over-charging, leaves a bad impression on the customers
- Responsible for maintaining the appearance of their booth and areas surrounding it
- Making a good first impression with your customer, knowing their job, knowing the facility, and fulfilling your customer’s needs effectively
- Carry out other similar duties as requested by a member of the management team.
- You will have sufficient knowledge of the facility to allow rapid and accurate information dissemination in response to customer questions
- Required Education/Experience:
- Project a professional image at all times
- Must be over eighteen (18) years of age
- Must possess strong general math skills
- Strong communication skills, organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
