WHO WE WANT:
The Client Service Associate plays an important role in setting the tone for the organization. As the first and last person clients see when they are in the office, the Client Service Associate is instrumental in making sure clients have a positive experience.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Serve as primary point of contact for our company.
- Coordinate client meetings, manage calendars, and handle follow-up activities.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of account paperwork, including new account setups, transfers, and updates.
- Maintain and update client records in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support financial advisors with meeting preparation, including gathering necessary documents and creating reports.
- Process client transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance requests.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, such as filing, mailing, and scanning documents.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and financial plans.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a client service or administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Series 65 licenses a plus, but not required.
