Job Summary
Glass House Brands is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its Marketing team and the VP of Marketing, including desktop research, budget & reporting management, office management, customer service support and event/content production support.
The Marketing Coordinator provides administrative support to our Mid-City LA office and Marketing team. In this role, they are responsible for day-to-day office operations, including the opening and closing of the office, ensuring the office and adjacent areas remain clean and tidy, maintaining inventory of all office-related supplies and managing department shipments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Marketing Support: Deeply connected to the entire Marketing team deliverables and calendar of activities, the Marketing Coordinator will keep our physical and online office organized. Manages budget, samples, competitive and scorecard reporting. Well versed in customer support initiatives, and provides production support for content creation, merchandising program and events/live activations.
Maintains digital library for legal and financial documents
- Maintains Marketing Team key activities calendar and centralizes competitive intelligence and scorecards
- Manages Marketing Team samples needs
- Performs desktop research, builds mood boards, recommends merchandise or vendors
- Assists with customer support
- Assists with event, photo shoots and activations production
- Assists VP of marketing and marketing department members as needed.
Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 2 years Marketing experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently & pro-actively
- Digitally fluent
- Solutions-oriented and eager to learn
- A collaborator who loves working with people, connecting dots, and juggling multiple projects at once
- Interested in cannabis
- 21+ years of age
