Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update financial records for clients, including general ledger entries
-Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
-Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness
-Communicate with clients to obtain necessary financial information and clarify any
discrepancies
-Coordinate and work with internal and external teams to improve and create efficiencies
-Support company growth and capacity with additional bookkeeping tasks as needed
-Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:
-2-3 years minimum bookkeeping experience, covering general ledger, bank
reconciliations, and financial reporting.
-Experience with real estate bookkeeping a plus
-Experience collaborating with CPAs and tax preparers.
-Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, spreadsheets, and various cloud-based platforms
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
-Team player with strong attention to detail.
-Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
-Quickbooks Online Advanced Certification
-Associate degree (or higher) in Accounting
