Our client is a multidisciplinary firm comprised of attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors. By combining multiple professionals, our firm delivers a uniquely comprehensive professional service experience. We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to manage and facilitate our tax department.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for our tax clients, guiding them through tax compliance issues with clarity and professionalism.

Perform final review of individual and business tax returns.

Meet with and build relationships with clients to provide excellent planning and consulting.

Manage and facilitate income tax audits: preparing responses and creating schedules.

Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments and communicate their effects to management and the tax team.
Qualifications & Skills:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a similar field is preferred.

A CPA is required

At least five years of experience in tax compliance within a public accounting environment.

Proficient in various levels of tax return preparation.

Familiarity with serving the needs of small to medium-sized businesses.

Exceptional teamwork, communication, organizational, and analytical prowess.

Agile and adaptable to changes and unexpected demands.

Familiarity with UltraTax, TaxCaddy, and Salesforce.
Position Details:

Full-Time role based in Scottsdale, AZ with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Salary: $150K - $200K per year, plus a bonus potential.
