Anuvia Prevention and Recovery seeks a Program Assistant for the ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Team provides crucial administrative support within our Clinical Services department. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills for managing reception duties, client records, and program documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
- Manage phones, faxes, emails, and greet clients.
- Handle medication deliveries and track referrals.
- Respond to inquiries and manage documentation deadlines.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate office supplies.
- Assist with agency marketing and other duties as assigned.
Client Records Duties:
- Enter new client information into the electronic health record system.
- Manage client schedules and service authorizations.
- Compile new client intake files and track service authorizations.
- Organize service record reviews and manage releases of information.
Professionalism:
- Maintain professional communication and conduct.
- Present a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Manage interactions with diverse individuals professionally.
Qualifications:
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with 2 years of administrative support experience in a behavioral health facility or medical office (BA preferred).
- Experience with Electronic Healthcare Record systems and proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of Medicaid rules, HIPAA, and other licensing/accreditation requirements.
- Effective communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid NC or SC driver’s license required.
- Typing ability of 30-45 words per minute.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use fine finger movements.
- Must be able to carry/lift up to 25 lbs.
Work Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Some flexibility required.
