**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and technology.
**Duties:**
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration
- Engage in telemarketing activities to reach out to potential customers
- Drive inside sales efforts through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Focus on technical sales of software solutions to meet client needs
**Experience:**
- Strong telemarketing skills and ability to engage with leads effectively
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is a plus
