Job Description: BCBA / BCaBA Supervisor - Local

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA Supervisor-Hybrid/Remote )
Type: Full-Time up to 40 hours per week
Supervises: Qualified/ Registered Behavioral Technician, Lead Behavior Technician and BCaBAs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- The BCBA Supervisor works with the the Clinical Staff to provide a range of ABA assessments and clinical services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental and cognitive disabilities.
- The BCBA Supervisor consults, provides training to caregivers, conducts behavioral evaluations of clients and designs behavior and individual support plans for clients. A Cross-Cultural approach is to be applied when dealing with our Multi-Cultural families and backgrounds.
- The BCBA Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, communicating and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, behavior plans and individual education plans for clients on their caseload.
- A BCBA Supervisor is a clinical mentor who educates, observes, assesses, promotes, develops and grow, the well being of the staff assigned to his/her caseload. Assures clinical activities and services provided to clients are delivered based on BACB guidelines best practices.
- The BCBA Supervisor works collaboratively with other Non-Clinical members of the team reviewing case load performance on a weekly basis.
- The local BCBA will be required to work in Clinic as well as in Home.
Requirements:
- MUST be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), registered in Virginia and licensed to practice in Virginia ( to be documented in the Resume )
- At least one (1) year experience managing/supervising direct clinical staff.
- At least one (1) year experience working as an outreach consultant/in-home direct clinical staff in the autism and/or developmental disability field, preferred.
