We are looking for a motivated and professional Benefits Administrator to join our team!!
The Benefits Administrator is responsible to manage AGP's benefits package, including health, worker's compensation, life and disability insurances, leaves, and retirement. This requires relevant knowledge about employee benefits and the various laws and regulations which apply to them. The primary objective is to deliver high levels of customer service to employees, ensuring they have a positive experience in taking full advantage of the benefit offerings provided by AGP.

Duties/ Responsibilities:
-
Lead day-to-day benefit operations; partner with employees, leadership and benefit vendors for a smooth and efficient administration of all benefit programs.
o Process benefit enrollments, deductions, and qualifying events timely and accurately in the HRIS and with carriers.
o Assist with the benefit onboarding process for new hires, educating employee on plan eligibility, features, and coverages, answering questions and assisting with enrollment in the HRIS as needed.
o Deliver exceptional customer service to HR partners, employees, and their dependents when addressing benefit related inquiries and issues.

Ensure accuracy of all benefit enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate enrollment information; perform ongoing quality checks of benefits-related data.

Respond to benefit inquiries; promptly resolve issues and questions.

Utilize multiple strategies to market, communicate and educate employees on benefit programs to optimize employee retention and satisfaction.

Support annual open enrollment with system configuration and testing, auditing records, preparing and distributing communication materials, and providing enrollment guidance to employees to ensure a smooth and timely transition to new plans.

Partner with employees, managers, and vendors to process and administer leave and disability programs, streamlining benefits and communication for all impacted parties.

Collaborate with managers and Safety Leader to manage worker's compensation insurance, claims and remedies.

Ensure AGP is in compliance with all ERISA, federal, state, and local legal requirements as it relates to benefit plans.

Keep employee benefits records up to date; reconcile invoices; provide reports as needed for allocation, budgeting and analyses.

Drive increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification.

Maintain highest level of confidentiality.

Education And Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field

Minimum of 2 additional years of experience in Benefits
