Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of optimizing productivity while maintaining high-quality standards. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and managing production activities, monitoring workflow, and implementing measures to enhance efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate production processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Implement efficiency improvements, cost-saving measures, and waste reduction initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety inspections, address safety concerns, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

nventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and minimize scrap or excess inventory.

Qualifications:
