**Job Summary:**
We are seeking service technicians to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of low-voltage cabling, cameras, motion detection, and access control systems. This role requires a good understanding of low voltage cabling including CAT 5 and Cat 6, as well as surveillance cameras, motion detection and access control. The ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues is a plus.
**Duties:**
- Install, configure, and maintain cabling, cameras, motion detection, and access control systems.
- Resolve technical issues for cameras, motion detection, and access control systems.
- Use power tools and hand tools to perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Effectively interpret provided documentation for the purpose of installation, troubleshooting and repair.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email, telephone or in-person, providing technical support and resolving customer complaints.
- Perform field service and travel to customer sites as needed. Driver's license is required
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related for provided services.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of new and emerging technologies
**Skills:**
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
- Experience with cabling, cameras, motion detection, and access controls installation.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to telecommunicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in the field and perform field service.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to repair issues.
- Experience with low-voltage systems and equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
